Neil Norheim Senior Minister

Neil holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Ministry and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sacred Music from Lincoln Christian College, and a Master of Science degree awarded with honors from Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas. Following graduation he taught at LCC in the Music department. He also spent a year teaching at Ozark Christian College as professor of Practical Ministries and New Testament.

Neil’s wife, Karen, is a vital part of his ministry and has been a constant support to him and his work in the church. They are parents of two daughters and one foster daughter. They are also the proud grandparents of two grandsons.

Neil’s hobbies include golf and photography, and he’s also an instrument rated private pilot.

Tracy Schumann Worship Minister

Tracy Schumann is our Minister of Music & Worship. Tracy comes with a wealth of experience and background in church music having been in music ministry for over 20 years. He is an accomplished musician, keenly interested in leading people to worship personally and develop a personal relationship with Christ. Having served in ministries in Kansas, California and Illinois, you will be inspired and challenged as you participate in our celebrative worship.

Fred Schmitt Youth Minister

Fred has been serving as Youth Minister since September 2004. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biblical Studies from Cincinnati Christian University. He brings a passion for reaching middle school, high school and college age students with the message of God's love.

A native of Columbus, Ohio, Fred is an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan and loves to play sports.

Fred is married to Erin, who is an elementary school teacher.

Karen Norheim Children's Director

Karen Norheim has worked to develop our Children's Ministry program since August, 2004, having previously served as Children's Director in Crown Point, IN. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lincoln Christian College, and has a passion for ministering to children and families.

Karen's hobbies include writing, music, and painting anything that stands still. She presently serves as a consultant for Standard Publishing Company. She is married to Neil, mother to Jennifer, Angela and Terri, and is the hilariously happy grandmother of Andrew and Benjamin Cornett.

Jeannie Roeder Office Administrator

Jeannie has been a member at Parkview for 16 years and has been on staff since October 1998. She enjoys her job as Office Administrator very much and considers it her ministry.

Jeannie and her husband Bruce have been married 21 years. They have three children; Brent, Kristen and Kaitlin.
